Massive Rocket delivered a tailored Partner-led Onboarding using Ignite Silver. The program aligned stakeholders on data planning, integrated iOS, Android, and web SDKs, completed IP warming and email deliverability setup, and trained marketers on Braze best practices. A dedicated solutions architect ensured clear milestones, knowledge transfer, and a smooth transition to run campaigns independently.
Within 8 weeks, FIVE implemented mobile and web SDKs and began activating multi-channel journeys. Content cards for web shipped inside the 20-week window, opening a new on-site engagement surface. Email foundations were established with IP warming, deliverability strategy, and reusable templates that power weekly newsletters, abandoned cart, pre-arrival, post check-in upsell, and post-stay requests. The program closed with a 5 of 5 CSAT and a repeatable operating model for rapid campaign launches.
