Twelve automated journeys were launched for the French brand patolo, including post-call sales follow-ups, abandoned cart reminders, and tariff-based promotions. These journeys are designed to scale across all brands, providing personalized, lead-nurturing communications triggered by sales agents and system events.
IP Warming & Data Analytics
An IP warming process ensured high email deliverability in France, while Braze Currents streamed engagement data to Amazon S3 for advanced funnel analysis. This setup improved inbox placement, enhanced open and click rates, and maintained compliance through secure data exports.
